Brand new, with box. Took it out, flipped a few times, put it back. Never carried, never cut.

Spyderco Positron - $120
Carried a handful of times, cut open a few letters/packages. Never sharpened. Does not include box.

Carried a couple times, opened a couple letters, but edge is practically factory. Never sharpened. Includes box. Will include OEM yellow FRN scales. Also, it's not pictured, but it will include an OEM, black, deep pocket carry clip.
