Brand new in box with papers and pouch. 940-1 Osborne in carbon fiber with S90V plain-edge, stonewashed blade. I removed the clip—will replace it at buyer’s request. Smooth action, solid lock-up, blade is perfectly centered when closed. Never used or carried.
