They have sent me a few clips over the years for free. Benchmade customer service is awesome.

I have had good luck with Benchmade service too, but I have also noticed that their products are pretty good and I've only needed to contact their service once. Spyderco should match with their customer service.

I had them reblade a Contego I beat the ever loving tar out of. $35 and the only thing that wasn't replaced was the scales, and they switched everything over from silver to black. I almost felt bad about it, but they earned my repeat business for sure.
