Seen it said here before but wanted to reiterate how great Benchmade is about taking care of its customers.

Busted the clip off my discontinued mini Ascent II (great little discrete, super lightweight blade in 154CM that seems to hold its edge no matter how much I abuse the SHEE_ITE out of it, btw) and emailed about the possibility of buying a replacement. Benchmade responded the next morning and said they'd ship me out a new one w/ screws within a week . . . FOR FREE!!

Gotta love that kind of customer service. I'll be a loyal customer for life, that's for sure.

ive sent the same knife back to them 4 times & have yet to pay for any repairs..

...I have to concur with the other forum members here myself. I merely sent a question to Benchmade about an "optimizer" rod for my Apparition that I had lost. I wanted to buy another...this is the "spring" in the assisted opening Apparition. Benchmade sent me the "optimizer" and the set screw totally free of charge. Benchmade, like Buck, is right up there with their customer service. More American companies could certainly learn a thing or two from these two fine companies...:thumbup:
 
There is no finer Customer Service, IMHO, than what the folks at BM offer. :thumbup:
