Benchmade Rift (950) pocket clip

I bent, beyond repair, the pocket clip on my rift. I had to jump off the tractor in a hurry and hung it when I did. Since I have to replace it anyway, can anyone advise me of a deep carry clip that will fit this knife? I would like a similar finish as to what was on it, as that one has held up really well.

It was several years ago, but I once called Benchmade to buy a new clip for a 940. They sent me one for free. I believe the deep carry clips match their other models, so you could ask them for one from a different knife. Beyond that, a bit of googling will find you some aftermarket clips.
 
Thanks I asked here in addition to google because of the finish issue. Sometimes it is hard to tell what you are getting by google. I have had some of the clips that were painted and scratched off right away. They looked better after I stripped them. I guess that should not matter on a daily user, but it bugged me.
 
BM will send you up to 9 pocket clips per year to its consumers.

Even if you want a new one cause of chipped painted. I think the new ones are anodized as the black doesn't come off anymore.

I am pretty sure the screw hole placement of the Contego clip will work for the Rift. I've got a regular split arrow clip on my Contego.
 
Yeah, just call BM Customer Support and tell them what you want. You don't even need a 'reason'. Just be nice and polite and, if they have it, they'll send it to you for free.

Awhile back, I asked for a deep-carry clip for my Mini Grip and they sent me 2 including screws. Can't get better than that. :thumbsup:
