Benchmade Ritter MiniGrip disappointment

All Griptilians have washers, but not a bushing.

The Sebenza features a bushing. ie: "1. U.S. engineering metal sleeve: a cylindrical metal sleeve used to prevent abrasion, as a bearing, or as a guide for tool parts such as valve rods."

Washer: "a small disk or ring used to keep a screw or bolt secure or prevent leakage at a joint"

The OP's problem is a rare exception in my experience. I've had 8 or 9 Ritters in both sizes and they have all been perfect in action and lockup. I'd let Aeromedix take care of it. They'll get it sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.

i had a BM mini presidio (i regret selling it!) that had a sticky/slow axis lock. never did fix it, wish i would have (probably would still have it!) :)
