The box (blue) is marked " 100 S R & R, Fixed" and has a separate label which says "Proto Type". The blade is 3 3/16" long, and on one side has the Benchmade butterfly logo, and on the other is marked "Elishewitz" (the designer) and "Prototype Jan. 2001"; also near the handle is marked "GIN-1". Comes with box and black Kydex sheath. I bought this knife new, and it has never been sharpened, used, or carried. $90.00 Reduced to $75.00 -- shipping included within cont. usa.
