Purchased new, by me, sometime in early 2000s.
Never carried, used or sharpened with included box, paperwork and pouch as delivered by Benchmade. Lockup is solid in all directions.
Knife isn't even broken in, no flicking or repeated opening and closing after purchase.
It was put in a drawer at some point, outside of its box, and developed some small marks in the scale finish that I've attempted to highlight in the photos. Ive done my best to show all marks with the lighting as they are nearly non existent otherwise.
Blade is pristine.
