This idiot actually bought out half of the exchange tonight. Someone was trying to sell knife, and there is some dude trying to trade a Katana to everything - he posted "I'll take the Katana". I loled at that (nobody wants the Katana), but trolling is only funny for a second, and now it's just getting stupid.

The blades in a Griptillian aren't differentially hardened :rolleyes:

This is just stupid. There is no way that you have a legit product with a 42rc. Even "China Steel" is going to be high 50s. I'm not even going to treat that like you're a real person... your tester isn't calibrated because it doesn't exist. They need to ban this guy before he ruins everybody's sale threads. Half a dozen people have had their sale threads ruined now, and they'll probably e-mail this guy for the next 3 days trying to get payment. It's probably somebody that was banned already and is a teenager (nothing better to do on a Sunday night).

He even went into one thread where a guy is trying to sell multiple knives and says "I'll take them all". The dude was probably delighted, but won't be when he finds out it was a vegan troll with a tactical fetish and bum hardness tester.

First Amendment doesn't actually mean what you think it means. And tell us more about your "tactical purposes", I assume that means "When I go hang out with my friends at the mall" or "When I use my fake ID to go buy beer"?

Only the best of the best work when you need something in the matter of life or death. I am disciplined in several forms of martial arts forms and tacticality is what I do best. When it comes to training, we only use hand forged laitō's and often carry them concealed for self defense purposes. I have used my tactical skills on the streets many times, from catching thiefs to solving domestic disputes in my neighborhood, so please do laugh unless you know the extent of my knowledge...

The fact is, if only the "best of the best" will do, why are you even wasting money on production folders in the first place? If I was a super spec-ops SWAT SEAL like you are heavily insinuating you are, I'd be putting my money to work with a custom bladesmith, where the blade shape, ergos, steel, everything, was made to my exact specifications. And it would damn sure be a fixed blade.

You're either a troll, or screwing with us. Which is it?
 
I am very sorry, I cannot help but laugh. All of the people I know trained in multiple forms of martial arts do not carry knives with them to use for self defense, they are just tools. If need be they could be used to defend their lives, but they are primarily tools. Their bodies are what is truly dangerous.

I am disciplined in Nippon Kempo, Kendo, and Shintō-ryū. And you people have no idea what I do in reality outside of this forum of idiots. I have been bounty hunting outside of my day job for 3 years and take great pride in my work.

What "tactical" things did you do today? Please enlighten me...
 
I have a friend that is trained in Krav Maga, Taikwondo, Hapkido and something else, his father is trained in even more things and is the town sheriff... Not impressed in this fake resume.

This guy has bought 3 knives and a Katana, found out Benchmade knives are only 42rc, called everyone that watches the Walking Dead a "mall ninja", and went to the Custom Forum and asked "Why would anybody like this junk". He then admitted to be a vegan and invoked his "1st Amendment Rights" on Blade Forums. This is the most complete troll I have seen in my short tenure here. He wins, now ban him and let's move on.

You only buy high end knives for "Tactical Purposes"!! That's awesome! Please educate us on these "Tactical Purposes" that you do with these high end knives we don't even know about. My lowly Opinel is tired from slicing up a recycling bin's worth of cardboard and wants a story.
