Benchmade The Blue Box Tool Kit

I went to Sears and bought the two torx head drivers that fit the BM knife I was working on instead of investing in a complete set. I found they fit a couple of other knives I had. For as much as I use them, this was the simplest and cheapest solution for me.

How weird!! I have one and it's been very helpful, so far anyway. I guess if it breaks I'll get the sears one.

Good Evening All-

Happily using a Wiha set for several years. No moving parts and no problems. The Germans have lousy politicians, mediocre food, but great machine shops.

I bought a Blue Box tool kit this weekend at a gun show. The metal "barrel" that is supposed to accept the bits was actually defective -- it was not grooved to accept the bits. It was completely cylindrical and obviously not finished during the manufacturing process.

Funny coincedence. I just twisted the tip of a bit off in a screw this morning. The bits are obviously not hardened. Not high quality tools.
