You have to have a Gold membership to sell on the exchange which I see you have
You need to click on settings on the top right side of this page, after that look on the left side of the page and click on Permission Groups, you can then select the User Group you purchased and it will change your screen name from blue to Gold or Platinum depending on which one you purchased. Hope this helps……
