:thumbup: Sent in a BM folder that the pivot screw had fallen out and gotten lost along with the rest of the pivot piece. Sent it in to get repaired and was taken care of at no cost with Fed-X 2nd day shipping to my home. This is my first experience with Benchmade customer service/repair.
