I bought an old discontinued Leopard Cub from some guy on Ebay. He must have stored it all this time because it arrived mint except the liner lock didn't engage - factory malfunction. I called Benchmade and they said "No sweat. Send it in". I sent it with a $5 bill for return shipping and got it back in exactly 14 days from the day I shipped it out Priority Mail. Looks like they replaced that liner. It's all fixed and minty new!

I sold an knife to a Drill and Blasting Company, and they dropped it in a well they were to blast and clean out. Long story short we sent it to Benchmade with a letter about how and what happened to their knife. NEW knife came right back. That knife was in as many parts and one of the handles was twisted. Now that was good warranty service!
