benchmade warranty times

Both times I've used it it was very quick. One in 2015 which was roughly two weeks but I mailed it to them and I'm almost all the way on the other side of the country. The second time was last summer, I dropped it off in person at the factory and then was in Oregon another 7 days. It was in the mail when I got home.
 
Sent in my 550 grip had horrible lock stick, got it back 2 weeks later said replaced axis parts still had lock stick, called them and was told 550 are beefed up because more force can be used with the hole instead of a stud and that’s just how the lock would be, sold it last Benchmade I bought until the new freek
 
The only time I sent a knife into BM for warranty work was a few years ago, but I think it came back really quickly. A week or two maybe? They re-machined the handle on my 975S to replace the original screws with larger ones plus threaded insert bosses.
 
I sent in a 550 for new scales, I got an email on Feb.11th saying they received it, I've not heard a word since then...
