Big shout out to Benchmade for their outstanding warranty service. I sent my 470 Emissary to them 3 weeks ago for repair. I've owned this knife since it was bought new around 7 years ago and the assist finally stopped working on it recently. I sent it to them for repair and a good sharpening. It arrived back home yesterday. Total turn around time was approx 3 weeks. They fixed the assist, cleaned and sharpened the blade, installed all new screws, and new pocket clip all free of charge. Needless to say I'm a happy customer and will be a Benchmade fan for life. Thanks much Benchmade customer service!
