Am looking for a knife w/axis lock with a 3-4" blade and a flat and thin handle profile. Does anything spring to mind?

90X axis strykers, 94X series (not as flat but light and thin)
Per Benchmade website for handle thickness:
530: 0.37"
940: 0.41"
908: 0.47"
710: 0.48"

most def a 531.
Just took one apart today.
Way more petite than a 940, we're talkin' scales and hardware.

nostalgia reference

812 used .410-.420
812 new .430
835 used .450
800 new .460

More votes for 530/531. If you want super light the 530, if you require a more sturdy handle, go with the 531. Love both my 530 and 531.

Thank you for the suggestions.. now to spend some time on youtube to narrow down the options. :)

The 530 is so light I find myself patting my pocket to make sure it is there! It is not for heavy duty use though...but to me a perfect gentleman's folder with an epic blade shape.

EASILY the 530. That's my formal clothing knife. Easily goes in slacks without "printing" or being noticeable. When all else fails, it goes on my fancy gold-toe socks!!!!!!!!
