I've owned this knife for about one year. When I first got the knife, I sent it back to Benchmade where they performed sharpening, inspection, cleaning & put on new pocket clip. The knife will come with the original "Service Ticket" document. The S30V blade is ultra sharp. It has not been carried or used since I got it back. The blade is just a hair off center towards clip side. That's how I got it back & I have not tried to adjust the pivot at all. I'll leave that decision up to new owner. Lock up is solid with zero blade play in any direction. It is very smooth to open & close. There are some very light scratches on the blade, but the stonewashed finish does a very good job of hiding them for the most part. You won't get this knife & say, "The blade is all scratched up". I tried to show it in pics, but I'm a bad photographer using a camera phone. The yellow scales are very clean.
