It's a good knife, but the high end Benchmades will blow it out of the water, so if you love the grip/minigrip, just imagine how much you'll like a rukus/960/morpho etc.

Yup, just wait till you upgrade:thumbup:, but you got a good start there.

Even though they use finer materials, the Grip is so greatly balanced in value, keep it single.

Or buy any other...:D

BM 530, lightweight, thin blade. Should make a good slicer I have been thinking about picking one up. It is a larger version of the old 350 (?) and that was a great little folder and lightweight carry. Maybe someone who has one will add their thoughts.

Got one for Xmas and love it. It's my first non-traditional knife, I'm an old dog with a new trick knife. Stays sharp, opens quickly with a good positive lock-up. Not sure what the 154CM steel is all about?? Guess I will have to learn.

I have one:) Yes, it's a slicer and it's definitely light. It would be nice to see this one with liners that run the full length of the handle. They wouldn't have to be full liners, but just run the length of the handle. Sort of the difference between the Mini-Grip and Griptillian. It's not that it would strengthen the handle that much, just give it a more solid feel. It feels slightly flimsy, though in using it, it's far from that, but it's just that feeling you get. I still EDC it the odd time and it more than handles most things that I do when I do have it. Mine is in 440C, which is more than adequate for the things that I do. I have med. small hands, and it fits quite well, though it is on the thin side, but a nice knife nonetheless:D

The fixed grip is also an excellent knife.
Yes it is. I have it and the folder in 154cm and I really like that steel. It takes a razor edge easily and holds it well.
Here is a pic for comparison.

I love Bm as well. You should take a look at the Mini-Rukus. I for one love the way it looks, but it is just a bit too big for my hands. The Mini-Rukus has nothing "Mini" about it at all.

Now you need the Ritter versions of the Grip. The fixed blade, full size Grip and mini Grip. They are my weekend EDCs.
