It seems redundant to share this with u guys, but I just have to say it.
They are Fn awesome. Period.
I sent in 2 94x for some work - one, I was trying to replace the clip, but one of the screws prob had loctite and I stripped it trying to remove it. I tried a lot of different methods and I finally gave up. They replaced it. The other repair was a blade swap.
Both were back in my hands in 7 days. One had pins, springs, washers replaced. Both cleaned and oiled and smooth as silk. Hot damn!!!
Thank you to the techs who worked on them and the peeps who processed the work through.
The Customer Service bar has been definitely raised.
