Not sure if you know how to navigate this, since you're newer, but:
Check the top bar at top of page next to your name/avatar on the right.
Theres an envelope symbol (for Conversations/PMs), it should be lit up to show you have a PM to respond to.
I'll check in tonight again, but cant tomorrow.
Then i'll try again monday.
