Bending 01 tool steel?

I'm new to knife making and I have some 01 tool steel and need to know how to make the blade curve up more but not like a u. How can I do it?

If the width of your bar isnt wide enough to fit your design for stock removal, then the only way to do (what I think youre talking about) is to forge it
