I find it intresting that you consider it your favourite in the kitchen given its staining issues.
I guess thats all it is then,staining and not rusting with proper care.
The abuse that guy posted of his mule with a broken tip was intresting.It seems real tough stuff and easy to sahrpen to a mirror edge which is always good.
A good shock steel or CPM 3V or L6 mule would be good to test for strength.
I bought a remington leather sheath of ebay the other day and it fits like its custom made i will need to try and pick up some more as a new mule should be out soon.
