I haven't read any feedback about them. They have a space for coupon codes but I've been told by them that they don't have sales or coupons as they keep there prices low. But they do have a space for coupon codes on their check out page. 
If it was one or two big durable items then I wouldn't be so hesitant. But I was looking to place an order with many little things and I want to know if I will encounter problems with packing and shipping. And if there is a problem then I'd like to know how they will handle it.
