Bernie Garland Bushcraft in 01 with Box Elder Burl Scales.

Pitta,

I am very much open.

I want to do something Woodlore-ish to complete the look in my mind - but I was thinking this afternoon - that I would take some of the design elements of the woodlore sheath and adopt one of my designs.

I was thinking something like this design:

Probably without the firesteel loop where it is located on here - and a smaller one at the top.

Thoughts?

Man, I love the look of that wood. Does it come natural like that or is it dyed? I am thinking they did something to make it look like that, but I have seen some pretty amazing looking wood in my dad's stockpile that he uses for his woodworking, so who knows.

Wow! That is going to look real good. Can't wait to see the end result. You going to match the burl on the firesteel handles?

I think this review finally helped me to make up my mind about the knife I'm going to buy. Thanks. I'm going to get Bernie to make on for me just like this.

Beautiful knife there.
I have ordered a blade from Bernie and expect I will be as pleased with it as you are with your knife.
Congrats on a great purchase.

Great knife. Bernie certainly seems to make one of the best working, bushcraft style knives around. Nobody ever has a bad word to say about his knives in the UK. The ones I've seen would be pretty hard to beat IMHO. Sheaths here look great too. A winning combination.
