Besides me, who wants the new framelock?

but, we have the same interests at heart, right?...quality product, great service and sharing it with people who feel the same way.
 
NO malice at all. I was just answering the question of how and why I seem to get the cool stuff. I am very proud of my good friends Mick and Duane and their success. I love pushing the product because I use it daily and they are some of my favorite tools. Every so often something comes along that I cannot live without and I give the guys a call......or two...or five. Two things lately have made me like a kid waiting for Christmas-the framelock and the Kerambit. I have been awed by some of the new stuff the Striderguys have been doing, but those two projects are going to be awesome. I am glad to see all the great interest in the new Striders and all the great fans.
 
for the clarification. I am envious that you are tight enough with the "Guys" so as to call them your friends.

As for getting excited about their products and wanting others to be...I feel the same, and I only have the S30V GB.(An awesome design, brilliantly executed.)

I have bunches of Busses and am crazy about them, but that GB has completely done a number on my head. So, like you it has felt like Xmas eve since I first saw a picture of the framelock. Already, it has been a loooong Xmas eve. I can't wait to get my mitts on that baby.

I only hope the G-10 is rigid enough to support more than minor lateral stress...But I guess if Mick says it's strong, it is. Nice to be in this group, G.

I am so looking forward to the Strider Framelock. For a long time frame locks that I have had my eye on are Chris Reeve, Emerson Commander conversion framelocks, and a few others Atwood Framelocks to name a few. But and heres the BIG BUT I just think the Strider guys make the best knives in the world so it suits me PERFECT that here comes my SnG Framelock.

I am drooling like a kid at X-mas waiting for my framelock to arrive!!!!
 
I wonder of we'll start seeing more AR/GB's for sale when these things get released?
 
I just ordered my first Strider folder (TS-AR) from a seller in CA. I'm hoping the SnG shipment coincides with my next paycheck. I'm personally hoping for the spearpoint version, kind of an AR little brother. So, yeah, count me in.
