Best 2.5" Production Manual Folding Knife?

That's what I was going to suggest Matt. Not sure of exact blade length, but it's around 2.5".

Extremely thin behind the edge and it is a major duty slicer!! Excellent gentleman's folder!!

Or this one......and I think I'd rather have this one if I had to choose 1.
Amazing action with an incredible blade shape!! Solid as a rock too! I like it a lot more than the Techno.

What is that first knife called?

That would be the William Henry Westcliff I believe. They don't make that model any more, they do have plenty of knives in you size range though.

Yup!! I love it! The button lock is very well done, the blade is ZDP and takes a ludicrously sharp edge!
Only problem is it doesn't come with a pocket clip. It came with a great clip pouch......that my 5 month old German Shephard puppy took a liking to!!! Not much left I'm afraid!!
Stopped carrying it.....need to find another.

My techno is great. It's a "little-big" knife. Especially when I'm choking up on it, it allows me to get a 4 finger grip and the blade is so stout that it creates a super comfortable thumb pad. Super ergonomic and very capable. It's a little difficult to just flick it out, rather you have to carefully open it. I have the CTS XHP model and it keeps its edge very well. I love the mirror finish on mind, and the titanium framework is great and such an early lock up. I usually carry my techno with my Spyderco southard, my manix 2
