Best $25 and under gift-knife?

Seam to be good knifes all of them. What suits them best. Your not living in former sovjet union so its possible to by them different patterns to suit eatch and everyone the best.

And the case sodbuster as one more to think about.

Kershaw Scallion. You have to look around but you can find them for under $25.00 and they are USA made, no chinese junk.
