Old timer chiming in, the best starting with the early years:
Badger Attack straight handle, A2 or INFI, doesnt matter, they are all amazingly ergonomic and just plain awesome.
Badger Attack 3, a continuation of the awesomeness, comes in several thickness's to boot, including an anorexic version.
BAe is a bit bigger but the best cutter of the bunch for me, a real work horse. I haven't found a better skinner yet. Its an amazing all arounder to boot. I had three at one time, down to one and its NOT going anywhere, and I've let go of some nice stuff lately.
