Best 940 variation?

Was wondering what you would consider the best benchmade 940 variation?

I like the 941-81, but I wish I could get a higher rated steel than S-30-V.

You may have noticed that the premium blades offered for the 940/943 format knives are all reverse tanto shaped. I prefer the sharper point of the clip point blade.

Another vote for 940-1. The cf scale is much prettier than the g10 on 940-1501 (which I had but sold lnib for $150 iirc). Sadly, all 940s are overpriced imo though this might be a topic for another thread.

Yes they are. I like dealers like knifeworks because it sometimes discounts its exclusives on holidays. Thats how I bought a 940-1501 for $180.

I got mine for $155 from REI by using my member discount. Then I spent $60+ on a full set of titanium screws and pivot.
