Best AA Size Flashlight

I just recieved the flashlight your looking for... it's called the night buster 8X from glow-bug.com
It is built like a tank... mash someone over the head with it after you stun them with the blinding white light coming out the end.
It uses 3 AA batterys but should shine for more than a day straight without dimming.
check it out..
:D

I believe me may have a winner. Bright, priced right, and tough. The Nighbuster looks pretty good. Ledda? I am not familiar with. Anyone familiar with how dependable they are?

I almost ended that second sentence with weather-tight. Rhyming in a post is a sure note that it is past time for bed.

Here is another site with a review on the nightbuster...

Very good review... He does a great job comparing features..

From my expriences in survival, hunting and camping, I say stick with the minimag. I own one and have been using it for 3 years. I've dropped it too many times to count and it comes back with minor scrapes is all. I love it becouse it is also waterproof. Flashlights that are waterproof are our friends! Yes, there are a few really good brands on the market, but me favorite is maglite.:)

I stopped using MagLights years ago with one of the reasons being that they are not waterproof.

Water-resistant maybe, but not UKE or Pelican waterproof!
I hated it when the MagLights I had fogged up so often. They couldn't take being moved from a cold to warm environment or back such as outside into a house or a situation as simple as that.

I avoid MagLights. Let me down.
Pelican StealthLite 4AA are flashlights that have never failed me.

The Nightbuster it is! I've not found any flashlight with thicker aluminum walls than this. In addition you get eight (8) non-breakable LEDs and a non-adjustable (=stronger) flashlight head. It takes 3 AAs

Can't go wrong with it.
