Best "bite" from a knife.

Around 10 minutes ago i damn near took the first knuckle of my left pointer off cutting an apple with my freshly sharpened black dlc coated military, cut about a quarter through my fingernail. i would post a picture but it is currently cocooned in paper towel at the moment. so, whats your best bite yet?
 
Not sure how I managed it, but stabbed completely through the fleshy part of my thumb... didn't realize it had gone all the way through till I changed the bandage the second time.
