Best/Brightest light on one CR123

I have the Nitecore Defender. I love it. The Extreme is on my wish list. Cool little light for the money. Congrats
 
Lights have come a long way. I bought my first surefire (E2) back in 03 before I went to Iraq. I was the only guy in my platoon that owned a hi output (60 L LOL) tac light. Now I have a light (incoming) that puts out more than 3X the light on half the power needs.

If you look at my avatar, you can see the light clipped on my armor next to a Spyderco Native.
 
How's the light working out for you? Do you feel it was worth the money? Strongly considering buying one myself.
 
The light is exactly what I wanted/needed. I couldn't be happier with it.
 
Quark just introduced a 1xcr123 light with three levels. The highest is 189 out-the-front lumens. That would be about 250 lumens the way most manufactures measure their lights. No matter how you measure it, 180 lumens is BRIGHT. Also, the light is as tiny as a 123 light can be. They're also priced very reasonably. They've just been announced, but available soon.

I have that Nightcore and love it!! I think it will take another year or two before anyone comes up with a single 123 that puts out enough extra light to be worth even considering replacing it, b/c the design is so handy and the construction is so solid. Good choice!
