One of the first knives I bought was the True Flight Thrower. To me, it was the "poor man's SRK." This was before the cheaper SK-5 versions came out. I think the TFT might be even tougher than the SRK; pretty sure that knife will outlast me.
Hmm hell ye, I'll have to check it out!

Nah, I'm sure you have knives that very similar already.
I just looked at it. That things pretty sweet though and a good deal. I got more knives than I'll ever need for sure haha, but I love looking at new knives, especially knives that bring a lot of value for the price like that one. Looks dang near impossible to break with use 🤙

Yes, that is true. It's tempered to get smacked around, bounce off rocks, These days I am avoiding a certain country of manufacture, though.

Oh yea, I hear ya. I know it's not a good thing to do and kind of goes against my morals, but I do admit to purchasing knives made there. It's just hard to avoid, and hard to afford buying domestic knives of similar quality. But anyways, I don't want to mess up the thread with that talk. Cool knife though.

As far as the thread goes, I carried an ESEE 4 for many years when I was out in the wilderness doing my outdoors shenanigans.
