While they're not brand new, used and vintage knives can be head for a fraction of book value. There must be some antique shops or junk malls in your area, even thrift stores have old knives. Many dealers have knives, the ones that have a large collection of knives for sale don't always know what they're selling. I've gotten some great knives dirt cheap at these types of establishments.
Look for patterns that you like, that you can clean up, oil the joints and start carrying. I would look for peanuts to begin with. The knives you listed are classic workhorses, but unless you are putting silver wire inlay or burning designs on an Opinel for instance, I don't believe they are classy.
I would also look at acquiring quality over quantity. You have narrowed it down to quality blades, but instead of a handful of these knives, maybe two Case knives, or one Queen, would be better in the long run. Maybe one GEC you can find in a used condition. I've sold and bought well used GECs on the Exchange at great prices. I've gotten plenty of old knives that only needed a little TLC, or were missing a pin, or had a worn down secondary blade, what have you. Most were in great but well worn shape. I prefer the old designs, but many collectors are scouring the junk malls too. Know your prices before you start buying there. I've found knives worth a hundred bucks for 20 bucks, factoring in condition, and paid 50 bucks for knives worth 30 bucks. It's about evened out for me over the years, I'm doing better too.
