Best Busse for modding?

KH---
Who in the hell made that? I want one of those in INFI... NOW!!

You wont get one in infi.

I meant the Scrapper 5 with infi blade and mudder handle would be the best blade to mod. THe handle is already a hidden tang.

busse already has a double edge, they had several daggers at blade, they was sweet knives, got to hold one, know a couple of hogs that bought one while i was standing there!!

got to have the jingle in tha jangle for them though!!!

To be honest I think that all depends on the knife you'd like to have as the end result of your moding, I mean sure you can get like 2 or 3 GW size knives out of BWM, but is it worth in work time, not sure. I sometimes get the ideas for a nice mod just by looking at the knife I got, or by looking at pictures. For me personally the Steel Hearts are closest to what I'd want, matter of fact not a lot of work has to be done to them to make 'em what I want. Some of the custom shop models are exactly what I want, and start thinking if maybe I can mod my knives in similar way.

But for me the mods aren't worth the time and $$$, as for the most part I'm happy with the Busse's as the come. I'm just waiting on a double edged busse, but something tells me its not going to happen.

a BWM is the most INFI for the $ I believe.

that's what I'd do, if I were to really mod one, and I'd make 2-3 things out of it.

the Sarsquatch is a bunch for pretty cheap too.

Yeah, I was hoping for production double edge combat grade knife. I'd be all over that.

And I don't think JAXX will be willing to part with either one of his any time soon.

Yep, SAR5.

LVC should be along soon to show his modded SAR5.

this is a photoshoppery I did a while ago while contemplating what it would look like in real life. choiless batac with a slopped off palm swell (lessened in severity and moved back slightly). You could totally make it out of a tank buster.

right now the closes to msrp knives (that were cheap at introduction) are the sar5, bwm, boss street, active duty and sarsquatch

the sjtac and hg55 make an occasional at or below msrp appearance.

there are quite a few double edged ones out there. Mostly custom shop, and such.

I feel it necessary to bring up this modification of a killer bee posted by on_the_edge in another thread. If you move the edge up to remove the choil you have what I consider to be one of the best basic wood craft designs you can get. It's basically a compact kephart.
