Best buy folders for under $40

I just got my Buck Vantage Select Small. I've already fallen in love with it.

Any of the Buck 300 series are high value traditional folders. I carry the 309.

Both of my Bucks are sharp, smooth, solid, and made in the USA.
 
Cabela's is now selling the Kershaw Chill (serrated version) for $13. For less than $40, you can get three!
 
Kershaw Scallion, leek, and other ones from them.
Boker Plus has lots! I think some smaller Buck folders...

What these folks said. I was on Post here and picked one up for $24 with the lil Buck keychain knife.

Concur on the RAT 1! Put one in each vehicle. "Underpriced." I'd give the RAT 1 the position of best value for under $40 over everything else. It's usually under $30, not including shipping.

For under $20, look at the Enlan EL01.

The aluminum, previously-exclusive-to-Wal-Mart Ripple is the only CRKT knife I'll recommend. Best value IKBS knife.
 
Another vote for the Buck 110. What a great American classic. It's not just a collector, it's a workhorse. :thumbup:
