Noticed that very few suggestions were coming in for very large blades so here's my two cents worth -- Tramontina Machetes.

I second the suggestions about the SAKs and Moras -- astounding knives at v low cost

+1 on the Becker Crewman; a good knife even if it didn't have a bargain price. Also the Kershaw Vapor - surprinsingly good for just under $20 bucks.
