I'm lucky I don't get bad calluses on my feet. Despite working a desk job, I don't get them on my butt either. My Kershaw Launch 8 is great for lancing boils though.

If I do get a cracked callus, I prefer an abrasive like an emery board. Cutting with a blade just seems ill advised.
