I chose the sowbelly stockman... three blades, none of them "krinked"... great in hand feel, just great all around...

Runner up---- the three spring 47 stockman.

Honorable mention--- the Texas Jack.... ok, and the Swayback Jack... dang it.... hit "post reply"....
 
I picked the stockman because that is a pattern I bought as gifts the most,mind you the one i reallywant is a redbone or others with a punch, been wanting to get a sowbelly stockman for awhile but the dealers up here haven' thad one in stock when i check,the wharncliff trapper would be my 1b

This is really cool knife,was wondering about editing fluted bolsters until I read TB.
 
My favorite Case knife, and the one I think best, is the Bose Norfolk. It's not one of the options though, so I went with the 3318 medium stockman. I appreciated how I was able to walk into a store and pick one up.

That said, I'm really getting attached to the swayback. It's so well-designed and executed. Such a beautiful little gem.
