Best Dayum Steak Knife

I just finished eating a local grown grain fed T-Bone steak. I used my MS to cut it.

The MS has excellent qualities for a steak knife. Perfect balance, nice heft, good looks. Cut the meat like butter.

Now, if I can get the wife to "go" for 7 more, I'll have a set for when company comes over.

Rog....I believe our brother in INFI, Commrick, is also a "Bring Your Own Busse" (BYOB) Steak House frequenter!!!

He used his straight handled Badger Variant at a local establishment and was asked "....is everything ALRIGHT sir?

Yes a BUSSE at a steak offering adds greatly to the overall picture.... gives the other diners something different to murmur about during and after their fare... Try it you WILL like it.
