Yep that is the question?
Need to find a clear epoxy that will take a good finish and buff out well...Any suggestions?

For filling voids in burl woods I use Devcon high strength 5-minute epoxy, which I got at Lowes. It comes in two clear plastic 4 1/2 oz. squeeze bottles. It dries crystal clear and can be sanded and buffed back to clear.

West System 3 is fairly clear (a slight yellow tinge but not bad) and will tolerate UV exposure and *shouldn't* turn yellow. It's most commonly used in boat and airplane construction.
