'Best Fighter' - Rob Brown / 2005 S.A. Guild Show

Well, Coop, these photos of yours have officially pushed me over the edge (although Mr. Brown's photos and website are also exceptionally well done). If all goes according to plan, before long I will be joining you as a proud owner of one of Rob Brown's creations. :)

Coop, I like it! Nice work, Rob and congratulations on your award!

Coop is an excellent source in terms of highlighting new and established makers to me that I may not have found so readily otherwise. Being a forged blade collector I have not really examined Rob's work before, but this thread has introduced me to an extremely talented and skilled maker with a superb website and wonderful knives.

Thanks Coop. Rob, I may have to contact you soon!

Cheers,

Stephen

Thanks to all--especially back to Rob.

Now I did it. I know of at least three folks who placed an order as a result of this post. I wish that upon ALL of my clients--and yet on this one the table was turned around. I was HIS client! :D

Wait till you see my next gem from another maker. It's a folder beyond clean.... ! he he he!

Great job Rob, and congrats Coop!
I've wanted an integral subhilt by Rob for some time... one of these days. :)

Coop - this is becoming scary! The figure is way above that. I don't think you realise just how trusted and highly thought of you are by your peers in this business.

I should have paid you for the opportunity ....... :)

Can't wait to see what the next fortunate maker thinks?

Will - Just make sure you keep both your handle material and powder dry. Look forward to the project.

Thanks once again to all on this thread.

His work is wonderful! His enquiry page was full when I logged onto his website, so I emailed him directly. Just as you said, he answered promptly and I placed my order.
