Best fixed blade 3.5 inch-3inch for EDC...

Oh Ill be there! I didnt know it was to be in atlanta. Ill find you all, so I can see one of those fixed pocket knives. ;)

I will make it easy for you, our table is 26-D. I am sure you will find something you will like there. :D If not one of ours, you will find something you just can't leave without, there will be so many great knives and knifemakers to choose from.

Try the Benchmade BM210.... it's amazing.
A jewel with the ability to do huge jobs !!! S30V is a pleasure to use and keep sharp. The ergos are great and confortable in any way you will use it.

Now the Fallkniven WM1 with its neck sheath is a little bigger (no more than a Delica) and fit the bill for a FB EDC ! It's convex grind is something to experiment ! VG-10, like S30V are really the best SS around ! The WM1 seems indestructible !!!

Cheers,

JM

bark river knife & tools. I'm saving up for the new Northstar. You gotta go to their forum over at KF and read up more on them. I believe that they're real bang for the buck, but suffer from sheathing that's not on par with the blade itself. Mike Stewart certainly knows about razor sharp convex edges...

Yah, the sheaths have had problems, so greasy and/or loose that they are unusable. Mike is making a effort to address this though. I just purchased a Mikro from Treeman. I comes with a satisfactory sheath that works great on belt or in pocket.

I'll be doing a full review of the 210 as soon as I have time to use the kydex sheath.

I have several Bark River knives, and they would be a very good choice; you might also look at the Benchmade Nimvaris Cub, which I really like.
