ZT has some of the best flippers I've handled. The couple of WE knives I own are really good as well.
I don't own any but have handled them at a knife show, but Brad Zinker has some really snappy flippers.
I handled an A2 knife at a blade show once that was far and away the best flipper I have ever touched; as far as one I've owned I think the Kershaw Skyline was probably the nicest.
Well let's see,....the first flippers I had were the Buck Vantage knives, not very good flipper action, but usable. Then a Kershaw Camber, but that's cheating. After that, a 0450cf, that is a very good flipper. But the most enjoyable flipper I have, that I find is as good if not better than the ZT, is my Spyderco Positron. I just love that little knife, especially after a slight modification with a Dremel.
I know it sounds crazy, but Bestech makes an amazing flipper. It almost feels assisted. I can't even describe it. I have dozens of high-dollar knives, and my Scimitar is equal to or better than all of them.
WOW! What a question. Is the best the easiest or the most snappy or the one most enjoyable? All these categories are subjective; particularly the last. I personally could not choose between my Kizers (Gemini or 4421A1-I think), swindle, ripple, and I'm sure at least 1 or 2 others. I know that I get a LOT of enjoyment from many. If forced to pick, I think (taking into consideration usage also) my blue ripple 2.
