I own too many folding knives, but without question the best for everyday carry is the Al Mar SERE 2000. For me it is much better than my Commander, Covert, Axis Benchmade, CQC7 etc. etc. I bought the SERE instead of an LCC only because the LCC looked a little too fancy and "doo-dad" for my taste.

This is my personal opinion only and based solely on what I like in a knife.

My definition of an everyday carry is one that I can carry in almost any situation and which I would not hesitate to use because it might scratch or nick the blade. It needs to be flat and light so it does not pull my jogging shorts down when running. I know the Sebenza fits that definition for many of you, but for me it is much too dear to use this way (I would put it in a drawer and pull it out once a week to admire). So for me a knife like either the Calypso Jr. Lwt., or the Delica is ideal; light, flat, good steel, excellent ergonomics and cheap enough that I don't feel the need to baby it or leave it behind. A real user.
