best folder in 300-350 price range? in your opinion

Can't go wrong with Sabenza.. Plus, resale value is very high. Small 21, is a primo choice.

Support a maker and buy a custom.

Robert has nice work. Or go with JB Blount if you can be ahold of him. For $350 his flippers are a steel! Destroy the Spyderco Southard. For the price the Southard is good. After awhile the cookie cutter productions get boring. ;)

This.

I'm on Jbblounts list and hes making a run of 3 of his newest larger flipper called the Surge. He's almost done with mine!

Really though, save some cash and go buy a custom. If you can wait a few months than it's worth every penny.

So I have been reading a lot on the warlock Gareth bull knife and just don't know much about it along on YouTube and BC and USB I'm just not finding much on it??

Gareth is an awesome guy who will blow up real soon. His new Shamwari is what you want to get in on. It's basically the Warlock II. PM me or send an email. I can give you his contact info. Cheers

I"m going to echo all the sebenza recommendations. I've been carrying a small sebenza insingo for a couple weeks now. I couldn't be happier with it.

A.G. Russell's Acies 2 comes in at just under $300. Titanium framelock and a full blade of ZDP-189, 2.99 inches. A.G's knife is every bit as good in quality, fit and finish as the Sebenzas, and the materials are better.

If I had a spare $350 to spend, I would buy a Tim Galyean Pro Series JYD (if I didn't already have one :D ).

Next to that, I'd get a Small Sebenza 21, but I'd spend a little extra and get the Carbon Fiber version.

Barring any of those choices, I'd look for a LNIB S90V/Carbon-Fiber Paramilitary-2 (if I didn't already have one :D ).

Or, you could just save up for a Hinderer XM-18/24.

I can't really tell you what to buy since I don't own any of these, but I've been looking and researching in and around that price range (more along the lines of 250-350 for me) way too much lately and we seem to have similar tastes. Here's my short list that I've really liked after my research in no particular order:

1. ZT300 series (no explanation necessary)
2. Spyderco TUFF (my current favorite for about 48 hours)
3. Spyderco Southard (not my cup of tea, but it goes beyond beloved around here)
4. Microtech Select Fire (those videos on youtube of this things cutting ability are incredible)
5. Microtech Whale Shark (just so pretty)
6. ZT561 (Hinderer design, everyone loves them pretty much)
