Bill, wow. That is gorgeous. Is that damascus sort of like a curved feather pattern?

That is one awesome knife Bill you are gonna have to show me how to do slippies this year.......Erik

Thanks Jonathan. the damascus is a pattern that I came up with after staring at a wall paper border for a while. the same pattern can be seen on some kleenex boxes now. and yes it is a feather that get manipulated befor welding it back together.

Erik Fritz That is one awesome knife Bill you are gonna have to show me how to do slippies this year.......Erik

Not as fancy as some I've seen but this one is my favorite score from last year...and if I'm lucky I should have another much anticipated arrival from Mark this year :D

Mark Terrell Harrier with giraffe bone, flag damascus and a fat ass stellite blade!

What a fantastic array of fine-art folders. I've never seen finer.

They are very inspirational and literally take my breath away.

Thank you for this fantastic thread.

Kind regards, -Spinner

That Salvatore Puddu may be the nicest/finest knife I've ever seen, and I'm not a lockback guy....

I've seen a lot of knives, but never one with that much going on that just seems to accent instead of overpower. No mosaic this or that, just clean grinds, perfect symmetry, fine accents and a great scale choice....

The filework is perfectly symmetrical, which is astounding considering the surface thickness it was on, and the spine really, really does it for me.......

Kudos to the maker......that knife is simply unreal....

Yes, that Puddu is outstanding. I'm also drawn to the Terrell and it's giraffe bone is first rate.

That Ferry is very slick... I really like the detail in that one.

Thanks for the kudos Kevin, that Giraffe Bone is from Giraffebone.com (I think). I have to say that the slabs I've got from them have all been first rate..
