Best Folding Knife for Food and Kitchen?

I've got no problems with an opinel number 9 carbon for anything small (meat) and vegetables, although meat can get stuck under the locking ring...

Another vote for the Spyderco Military for use during food prep. The knife works well for such "mundane" tasks.

Another vote for Opinel, though I keep a CS K4 neck knife in my backpack that I use for food prep. Not a folder, but it's designed as a small kitchen knife with a sheath.

I just bought a Spyderco Rookie in foliage green for picnic use. Washes up easy with dish soap and really hot water. Nice thin slicer.
