Best footwear for bein on your feet 12 hrs a day??

I wear the 9" air side zip version for over twelve hours on shift.
They are so comfortable and no breaking-in time what so ever and plenty of different types to suit all requirements.

This isn't going to work for you..

However I've worn my Keen sandals for well over a year now...

In My opinion,, the best shoes I've ever spent money on...

I wear them Every day,even wearing them this time of year isn't a real problem with good quality wool socks...

At $95 Smackers,, it's the most money I've spent on a pair of sandals, however they wear like iron,, and they are probably the most comfortable shoes I've Ever had on my feet...

I had foot pain,, like you wouldn't believe,, like Simply can't stand any more because they hurt so bad..
After about 6 weeks in the Keens,, it all went away...

In spring I'll be buying another pair for myself,,and a pair for my wife...

Don't wear white socks with them though,, or most likely your going to get called a "Dork" by your son and his friends!!! :)

Hi Tec Magnum boots are good.

Never had to break'em in, weatherproof and supremely comfortable (like slippers).
 
Might I suggest its not just the boots but what you wear with them.
I use SuperFeet insoles on virtually all my footwear from Danner Arcadias to brouges. If on feet lots like at a trade show, then its Thorlo socks as well.
