Best HAK for cleaning game?

What do you feel is the best Hideaway Knife design for cleaning small game (pheasant, turkey, etc.) and why? I realize there are better knives for the job, but the one I have on me is always best.

I'm just thiking out loud but wouldn't the straight-handled ones with a belly would be better for this rather than the angled/pistol-gripped models?
